Catherine Stack’s practice uses sketching and modeling small 3d works in clay and timber as tools to work towards larger scale pieces. Haefligers studio will provide the perfect space to create models combining hand built ceramics, timber, suspension, pulleys, weights and tethering devices sourced from the local area. The residency will also offer Stack the opportunity to investigate the changing rhythm, scale and texture of the Hill End landscape.
