Haefligers Cottage

Rebecca Shanahan’s practice is concerned with the immaterial yet perceptible qualities of absence and transience expressed through photographic and more recently filmic space and time. Normally undertaking her studio research in urban surroundings, she will respond to the pervasive sense of erasure and disappearance found in Hill End’s particular interior and exterior spaces.
